Description:
Position Summary:Spencer Fane is looking for a senior-level Associate to join our Environmental practice group in our Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of environmental law experience. This position will involve significant focus on environmental regulatory work, administrative law, and natural resources law. Specific areas of environmental regulatory experience desired include one or more of the following: hazardous and solid waste, air quality, and water quality. Environmental litigation experience is a plus.
The below qualifications are required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the Texas bar
- Ability to interface directly with clients
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organization skills
- Outstanding judgment
