Duane Morris seeks an associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in its growing Austin office. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with a firm's Real Estate practice group and a demonstrated experience and expertise in affordable housing law and/or general real estate law including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing primarily in the commercial sector. Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Collegiality, teamwork, and strong work ethic are critical components to this practice group. TX Bar admission required.The target annual pay range for this role in Austin is $255,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
