About the role:We're a growing probate/estate firm looking for an early-career attorney who's ready to take ownership, learn fast, and serve families with care. If you're thoughtful with clients and steady with deadlines, you'll fit right in.
You Will:
- Draft petitions, pleadings, letters, and simple orders
- Manage a small caseload with attorney supervision
- Appear for routine hearings/status conferences (with support)
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines, e-file, and keep matters moving
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Georgia bar license in good standing
- 1+ year working as an attorney in a law office (post-bar)
- Clear, kind client communication and strong writing
Nice to Have:
- Probate/estate experience (internship/clinic/firm)
- Actionstep/Clio or similar practice-management familiarity
- Real mentorship + clear growth path
