About the role:
We're a growing probate/estate firm looking for an early-career attorney who's ready to take ownership, learn fast, and serve families with care. If you're thoughtful with clients and steady with deadlines, you'll fit right in.

You Will:
  • Draft petitions, pleadings, letters, and simple orders
  • Manage a small caseload with attorney supervision
  • Appear for routine hearings/status conferences (with support)
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Track deadlines, e-file, and keep matters moving

Minimum Requirements:
  • Active Georgia bar license in good standing
  • 1+ year working as an attorney in a law office (post-bar)
  • Clear, kind client communication and strong writing

Nice to Have:
  • Probate/estate experience (internship/clinic/firm)
  • Actionstep/Clio or similar practice-management familiarity
