Description:
A Boutique Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a bright and motivated attorney, with 0-4 years' experience, to work in our litigation department. This position will focus primarily on real estate litigation. This position will be either Hybrid or Remote once all requirements are met.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Managing deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Preparing pleadings, discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines
- Required to meet minimum number of 155 billable hours per month, or 1,860 hours annually
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Appearing in court and at depositions
Job Requirements:
- 0-4 years' experience in litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and self-management capability
- Licensed to practice in Georgia or Tennessee, with additional licenses in Alabama and/or Mississippi a plus
