A prestigious Atlanta-based boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate & Entertainment. Attorney to join its growing practice. Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate a wide range of entertainment, licensing, production, and
IP-related contracts
Handle entity formation, partnership agreements, operating/shareholder
agreements, and corporate governance
Advise clients on business transactions including asset purchases, mergers, and
dissolutions
Provide strategic guidance to artists, influencers, media clients, and
entrepreneurs
Assist with estate planning or probate matters if interested and experienced
Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile
individuals
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-tier legal and client service

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia bar license
At least 5 years of experience in corporate, transactional, or entertainment law
Experience with contract negotiation, business structuring, and entertainment
deals
Background in probate, estate planning, or litigation is a significant asset
Strong drafting, communication, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to in-office work in Midtown Atlanta
1,750 billable hour requirement
