Overview:
Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its Venture Capital and Technology group in its Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a thriving practice. **No Agencies Please**

A day in the life:
You will be joining a team of attorneys who consistently score top rankings in Global League Tables for representation of fast-growing venture-backed technology and life sciences companies and the funds that invest in them. The team is largely based in Atlanta, Miami and New York City, but has a global practice.

The Atlanta office itself is located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. Want to know more about the Atlanta office? Check out the office here.

We Know You:
You possess 3 to 6 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting; emerging company and venture capital experience is strongly preferred. You are knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia bar.
