An American Multinational Law Firm is seeking qualified candidates with 3+ years of experience to join its Energy, Transportation & Infrastructure practice as an energy/infrastructure transactional associate. An American Multinational Law Firm is open to hiring candidates for this role in our New York, Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas offices; candidates should apply to their office of interest.

The position entails representing sponsors, developers, investors, financial institutions, and other market participants in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions. Candidates should have experience in project finance and tax equity transactions in the U.S. renewables and power sector and/or energy project development experience, including negotiation of material project agreements (e.g., PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.).

Candidates need to be team players with strong interpersonal skills who can manage complex transactions, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable with client interaction.
