As part of our dynamic Employment & Trade Secret group, you will litigate employment law cases, including matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes, provide day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law, and advise clients on employment-related issues in corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling.
