We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with 3 to 8 years of legal practice to join our dedicated legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse range of employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment claims, and retaliation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to resolving complex legal matters. Requirements:
  • Must have WA law license in good standing at the time of application
  • Must have at least 3 years of civil/employment litigation experience

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of employment litigation cases, from initial investigation through trial and settlement negotiations.
  • Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, reviewing evidence, and applying relevant laws across areas such as discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
  • Communication with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
