We specialize in the representation of management, with a concentration in labor and employment law.We are seeking an associate attorney to join our Employment Litigation practice. This position is ideal for a lawyer who wants to focus primarily on employment-related disputes and develop strong litigation skills. The associate will handle a wide range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related claims. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school;
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team; and
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
