Position Details:- Title: Employment Law Attorney
- Location: Downtown Oakland, CA
- Schedule: Full-time
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Experience: 1-5 years of litigation experience; plaintiff-side employment experience strongly preferred
Qualifications:
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (required)
- 1-5 years of litigation experience with exposure to employment matters; plaintiff-side preferred
- Defense-side candidates with a strong commitment to employee rights are welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
