Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate opening in its Los Angeles or Oakland office for a Labor & Employment Associate with four to eight years of experience. This experience must include both litigation and counseling clients in California on a full range of employment law issues. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have litigated various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, and wage and hour class action and PAGA matters in California state and federal courts.The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior communication skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Candidates must reside in California and have a California bar license.
Salary Range: $230,000–$300,000 (commensurate with experience)
