Job Description:A Global Multinational Law Firm is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to work with its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice group in the DC, Atlanta, Chicago, or NY offices. We are looking to add a team member to help our clients navigate their most challenging employee benefits issues, including executive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA, and M&A. The Associate will join a supportive practice that provides advice on the full spectrum of matters within the employee benefits field for plan sponsors and plan service providers.

- Experience providing advice for M&A transactions.
- A strong background in complex issues of executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans.
- Skills and knowledge related to various aspects of compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities.
