Job Summary:
The firm is currently seeking to expand its existing Richmond, Virginia Criminal Defense practice group by bringing on a mid-level criminal defense attorney to handle matters in the Richmond, Virginia area. The attorney will be responsible for all aspects of case management, including but not limited to client liaison, discovery review, written and oral motions practice, and trial. This is a perfect opportunity to join a firm with an established team of passionate individuals that are committed to upholding high standards of representation and client service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience of criminal defense experience in VA.
- Must be barred and in good standing in VA.
- Thorough knowledge and trial experience in Richmond, VA.
- Ability to handle a full caseload from intake to trial.
- Experience representing clients in traffic, DUI and civil assault cases.
