Description:
A Business Law & Litigation Services is seeking a highly-motivated Regulatory Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its Business & Corporate Section in its growing Richmond, Virginia office.Qualified candidates must be a member of the Virginia State Bar in good standing, have excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal/written communication skills, highly-developed research capabilities, and exhibit a strong desire to learn. They will also demonstrate a commitment to an entrepreneurial, collegial and collaborative work environment.
Experience with litigating governmental enforcement actions, whether for governmental or private clients, as well as with advising on regulatory compliance issues and interacting with regulators/regulated entities, is preferred.
Clerkship experience is a plus.
