We are seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney with 2–5+ years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, capable of managing a caseload, and committed to providing high-quality representation in misdemeanor and felony matters.Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in county and district court criminal proceedings
- Handle cases from initial appearance through disposition or trial
- Conduct bond hearings, motions practice, evidentiary hearings, and trials
- Negotiate resolutions with prosecutors
- Maintain regular client communication and case strategy development
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of criminal defense experience
- Licensed and in good standing in Colorado
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Sound judgment and professional integrity
