Lathrop GPM is seeking an Oil & Gas Attorney with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience to join its active and growing Energy group in Denver.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, and can thrive working independently and in a team environment. Significant experience drafting oil and gas title opinions and a license to practice in Colorado are preferred; landman experience is preferred. Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills required. Compensation and benefit information for Colorado candidates: the current anticipated range is: $220,000-$240,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
