Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in criminal defense matters throughout Utah.
- Attend court hearings throughout Utah, primarily along the Wasatch Front.
- Independently manage cases from through resolution.
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients and staff.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and pleadings.
- Prepare cases for evidentiary hearings, motions, and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.
- Provide exceptional client service and courtroom advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and active Utah Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of criminal defense experience preferred.
- Ability to independently manage cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and embodying Liberty Law's C.A.R.E. values.
