Liberty Law is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with experience in criminal defense to build a long-term career with a growing litigation firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in criminal defense matters throughout Utah.
  • Attend court hearings throughout Utah, primarily along the Wasatch Front.
  • Independently manage cases from through resolution.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients and staff.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and pleadings.
  • Prepare cases for evidentiary hearings, motions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.
  • Provide exceptional client service and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree and active Utah Bar license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of criminal defense experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage cases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and embodying Liberty Law's C.A.R.E. values.
