Description:A Commercial Law Firm Based in Florida is seeking a corporate securities attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising public companies and underwriters on equity and debt offerings under the Securities Act of 1933, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and Rule 144A private placements. Candidates should have a deep understanding of SEC disclosure obligations, stock exchange listing requirements, and public company reporting.
Strong academic credentials and major law firm experience are preferred. Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission, is required.
