We are seeking to expand our Corporate, M&A, and Securities and Capital Markets groups with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with at least eight years' working experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, including in connection with so called “506b” offerings. We seek a candidate who has strong academic credentials and prior work experience, and who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. Applicants must demonstrate a record of good judgment, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
