Responsibilities and practice:The Birmingham office of A Worlds Largest Law Firm Sirote is seeking a Corporate & Securities Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. The person hired for this position will work closely with our attorneys and staff to assume such responsibilities as:
- Reviewing/drafting/preparing/negotiating various corporate and securities documents, including private placement offering documents, limited liability company agreements and fund documents
- Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful corporate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements, license agreements, and nondisclosure agreements
- Supporting the corporate and securities practice group by performing general research, analysis and writing
- Contributing to a broad range of regulatory matters, including securities, tax, aviation, banking, and communications

- Exposure to aspects of some regulatory law preferred
