Pearl Cohen is an international law firm with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Israel. We represent innovation-driven clients; from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and entrepreneurs, investors, academic institutions and government-related entities.We are looking for an Associate to join our US Corporate & Securities Practice Group out of our New York office. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years' experience advising companies on an array of private and public transactions, '33 Act issuer side transactions and '34 Act reporting, exchange listings and corporate governance. The candidate will have strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and work autonomously under tight deadlines.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cross border, sophisticated corporate matters, collaborate with an exceptional team of practitioners, and provide strategic counsel to clients across a diverse range of industries.
This is a hybrid position; you will work from our New York office at least three days a week.
Job Qualifications:
- J.D. from accredited US law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in New York.
