The Pittsburgh office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a third-year law student/Fall 2027 entry-level associate for our corporate and business transactions practice. The successful applicant should have a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, and other corporate transactions, and possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
