Duane Morris LLP has an opening for an entry level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in Philadelphia. Join an exciting and growing practice in cutting edge industries. The successful candidate will be given significant opportunities to provide meaningful counsel on transactions and serve in an advisory role directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and interested in pursuing a background in general corporate transactional work in M&A, securities, venture capital and emerging business. We seek a lawyer with strong academic credentials and good communication skills. PA Bar required.

The target annual pay range for this role in our Philadelphia office is $220,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
