Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is seeking an associate to join our higher volume corporate practice, emphasizing H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM matters and adjustment of status applications. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in business immigration matters while working closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and corporate clients.

Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is seeking an associate to join our higher volume corporate practice, emphasizing H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM matters and adjustment of status applications. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in business immigration matters while working closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and corporate clients.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Prepare employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including assessing eligibility, analyzing legal issues, and developing supporting evidence.
- Draft H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, adjustment of status, and other employment-based petitions and applications.
- Assist with the preparation of responses to requests for evidence, audit responses, and correspondence with government agencies.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client projects.
- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case status, document collection, and procedural requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support client matters and meet filing deadlines.
- Develop knowledge of client industries, immigration programs, and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate case records and support effective case management practices.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 0-3 years of employment-based immigration experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with immigration-specific case management software preferred
