The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum 8 years of corporate transactional and M&A experience inclusive of contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings, private placements, and general business representation. Securities law experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple transactions/assignments and competing deadlines.
- NJ and/or PA bar license desired, but not required.
