Description:

Riker Danzig is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation practice, with a concentration in construction litigation.

Qualifications:

4–8 years of commercial litigation experience, with demonstrated experience in construction litigation
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 – $185,000, depending on the position and level of experience. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
