Finnegan's Mechanical Practice is seeking junior litigation associates in our Atlanta office.Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of solid patent litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. Experience in the mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing. Exceptional writing skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree required.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $225,000 - $260,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
