Abdou Law Offices seeks an ambitious contract attorney to join our growing team. Headquartered in Clark, New Jersey, with additional offices in Glen Rock and Aberdeen, Abdou Law Offices is a multi-practice law firm spanning various areas of service, including business law for commercial clients, as well as serving individual clients in a variety of matters.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking for an of-counsel position with the firm. The candidate should possess experience in the following areas of practice:

Civil litigation
Construction litigation
Real Estate litigation
Personal Injury Law
Workers' Compensation

In addition to the areas of practice listed above, the selected contract attorney must be familiar with drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and taking/defending depositions in the State of New Jersey. Candidates who have experience with drafting commercial documents including contracts, corporate formation documents, and/or commercial leases are also a plus. Any candidate who has a portable business will be strongly considered.

The position is located in Clark, NJ with the opportunity for a hybrid or remote work environment. Per diem hours will be assigned based on specific projects, assignments, and needs of Abdou Law, and could lead to working on certain assigned cases autonomously. The hourly rate will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience.
