Description:
Responsibilities:- Conduct legal and factual research and analysis on various cases and issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and case management software
