A Law Firm, a dynamic and growing firm with multiple offices across Washington, is seeking an experienced attorney to handle insurance plaintiff matters on a contract, part-time basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled litigator with demonstrated experience in insurance plaintiff work. The successful candidate will manage a tailored caseload, provide strategic legal analysis, and represent clients with diligence and professionalism. This role is part-time and contract-based, offering flexibility while ensuring high standards of advocacy for our clients. The position may also include attending virtual motion hearings as needed.

Responsibilities:

Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and client consultations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Attend virtual motion hearings and other remote proceedings as assigned.
Collaborate with our litigation team while working independently.
Maintain compliance with all Washington State RPCs and firm standards.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor and active license in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance plaintiff work.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage cases independently under a contract arrangement.
Commitment to client service, ethical practice, and meeting deadlines.
