Description:
A Software Company, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking New York licensed corporate litigation attorneys with mid to senior-level experience for immediate openings. The ideal candidate will have experience with taking and defending depositions. This is a hybrid position; remote and on-site work is required.This is a contract assignment, however, future opportunities involving more substantive work may become available.

Qualifications:
- Must be barred in NY State
- Must be admitted in Federal Court
- SDNY or EDNY admission or eligibility for admission by reciprocity is preferred but not required.
- Accurately review attorneys' fees timesheets to draft settlement memos.
- Prior courtroom experience is preferred and should be highlighted on your resume.
- Substantive legal experience and settlement negotiation experience should be highlighted on your resume.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
