We are seeking an experienced attorney to support our legal and business teams with contract review and negotiation, drafting internal policies and procedures, and contract management. This role is ideal for a self-directed attorney who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, commercial environment and partnering with business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and related documents
  • Assist with the development, revision, and maintenance of company policies and procedures, including operational, compliance, and internal governance documents
  • Support contract management activities, including intake, issue-spotting, risk assessment, redlining, and tracking contract status and key terms
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Help standardize templates and contract processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, operations) as needed on contract-related matters

What You Need To Bring to The Table:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, either in-house, at a law firm, or both
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
  • Experience drafting or advising on internal policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and legal operations processes is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
