We are looking for a motivated defense trial attorney for a part-time contract position that could possibly turn into a full-time position. Duties include preparation of briefs, motions and discovery responses. The ideal candidate should have:- The ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent writing skills
If you have previous experience with insurance coverage and motor vehicle accidents, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Answering discovery requests
- Preparing motions and briefs
- Assisting with deposition preparation of witnesses
- Assisting with trial preparation and at trial
Requirements:
- Have at least five years of litigation experience
Having your own clients a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful.
License/Certification:
- Bar (Required)
