Description:
A National Business Law Firm is seeking a 3-6 year attorney for a position with our
Corporate, Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing (CCTO) practice group
in Dallas under Ehren Hartz. This practice is primarily focused on the
aviation industry, handling a myriad of sophisticated transactions for
the world's largest airlines. The ideal candidate will have experience
in the following areas:
- Technology Transactions: Experience with
tech transactional work, ideally in the corporate practice group of a
large firm or company.
- AmLaw200 experience: We are looking for someone who is familiar with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
- Writing Skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
- Aviation experience: Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset, but is not a requirement.
