Our nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services practice is seeking to hire multiple career attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. Typical work will include commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions, including mortgage, auto and credit card litigation. We have multiple openings across these offices: Boston (MA); Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Orange County (CA); Houston and Dallas (TX); and Philadelphia and Pittsburgh (PA). The role may sit in any of these offices. Please indicate your office of preference in the drop-down menu. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the state corresponding to their resident office.Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school and at least two years of legal experience. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, and experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management is preferred. Prior exposure to consumer financial services or financial services litigation/regulatory work is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
