Responsibilities:
This is not a traditional litigation role. Instead, you'll be the first impression for new clients.

Your mission: turn prospects into clients.

Conduct 8 daily consultations (in-person and via Zoom) lasting 30–60 minutes.
Explain legal processes, services, and the benefits of hiring our firm.
Walk clients through our fee contract and secure their signature.
Follow up with those who missed appointments or are undecided.
Maintain persistence in client follow-up until a decision is made.
Participate in marketing efforts and social media videos to grow our visibility.
Actively seek referral sources.

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:

Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Strong sales or client-facing experience – you know how to close with professionalism.
Comfortable handling a fast-paced schedule (8 consults/day).
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and persistence.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Spanish-speaker a plus.
