The Opportunity:We are currently seeking a licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join our office on an independent contractor basis. This is a referral-only role, ideal for a motivated attorney looking to grow their litigation experience while earning a generous share of case fees.
You'll be responsible for handling civil litigation matters that are referred to you — managing the case from intake through resolution.
Important: This is not a salaried position. Compensation is based solely on a revenue-sharing structure tied to the cases you handle.

What You'll Do:
- Handle referred civil litigation matters (primarily real estate-related)

- Collaborate with our internal team as needed on case strategy
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Dependable, communicative, and organized
- Motivated to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
