Position Overview:The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation and enjoy working in a supportive, team-driven environment. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues on complex and engaging matters. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take primary responsibility for litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial.
- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and manage all phases of discovery and trial.
- Conduct legal research and provide thoughtful legal analysis.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Admission to both the New York and New Jersey bars.
- Meaningful trial experience is required.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to practice.
