Description:

Connell Foley LLP is seeking an attorney with eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience to join its Labor and Employment practice group based out of the Roseland, New Jersey office.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted in good standing in New Jersey and New York.

Qualified Candidates Must Have Experience in the Following Areas:
  • Employment law litigation (on behalf of management).
  • Employment law counseling (on behalf of management).
  • Class/collective action litigation (defense).
  • Trial preparation and trial work (a plus).
  • Presenting at conferences and client trainings
  • Conducting internal investigations.

Job Requirements:
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials;
  • Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team;
  • Ability to engage in direct client interaction;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position and substantive area evolves; and
  • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion.

Connell Foley LLP offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, and paid time off. Annual salary range is $180,000 - $210,000 based on qualifications.
