White and Williams, a multi-practice law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team in our Philadelphia office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to transition into a dynamic and cutting-edge practice, providing regulatory and product counseling to innovative technology clients. You'll serve as a primary contact for clients, providing strategic advice on a range of legal issues, from product development to navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated interest or experience in gambling/gaming, consumer protection or media/advertising law preferred, but not required. The role is highly client-facing and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

Should be admitted to the Bar in good standing in Pennsylvania
Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters into clear, actionable recommendations—especially in areas with limited precedent or ambiguous risk.
Comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is key, with support from a team that values flexibility and clear communication.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
