Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions.
- Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals.
- Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders.
- Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service.
- Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois.
