The Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. The candidates should have 5+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings or other relevant experience, including secured lending and/or derivatives. The associate would join a rapidly growing, market leading practice focused on representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles on an extraordinarily diverse range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions across a variety of asset classes. Successful candidates will have the ability to effectively manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently and will embrace the opportunity to participate in the strategic growth of the practice. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
