Description:
Busy law firm seeking attorneys to join our insurance defense firm.Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
- JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
- Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
- Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required
- Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
