Busy and highly successful civil litigation and insurance defense law firm based in Downtown Long Beach is seeking defense litigation attorneys to join our LAS VEGAS, NEVADA team.
Practice Areas: Auto Insurance, General Liability, Premises Liability, Medical/Dental Malpractice, Construction Defect
Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
- JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
- Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar (BIG PLUS if dually licensed in California AND Nevada)
- Strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
