- Represent clients in immigration cases before government agencies and in court proceedings
- Draft legal documents such as applications, petitions, appeals and waivers
- Provide legal advice and counsel on all aspects of immigration law
- Monitor changes in immigration law and advise clients accordingly
- Develop strategy to resolve immigration-related problems
Qualifications:
- Must be a Nevada State Bar Licensed Attorney in good standing
- Fluent in Spanish
- 2 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
