Busy and Growing Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney

A Busy, Fast-Paced Law Firm Is Seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to Join Our Team. the Ideal Candidate Is a Seasoned Litigator Who Is Confident Handling Cases Independently, Managing a Demanding Caseload, and Advocating Aggressively and Effectively for Clients. Substantial Litigation Experience Is Required. We Are Looking for An Attorney Who Can Step in And Make an Immediate Contribution.

Responsibilities:

Independently Manage a Busy Litigation Caseload
Handle Cases from Initial Intake Through Settlement, Trial, or Other Resolution
Draft Pleadings, Motions, Briefs, Discovery, and Legal Correspondence
Conduct and Defend Depositions
Appear in Court for Hearings, Conferences, Motions, and Trials
Negotiate Settlements and Participate in Mediations
Develop Case Strategy and Provide Practical Legal Advice to Clients
Conduct Legal Research and Prepare Persuasive Written and Oral Arguments
Work Efficiently While Managing Multiple Deadlines and Priorities

Qualifications:

Experienced Litigation Attorney with A Strong Track Record
Active License to Practice Law in Massachusetts
Demonstrated Ability to Independently Handle Litigation Matters
Excellent Legal Writing, Research, Negotiation, and Courtroom Skills
Strong Organizational and Time-Management Abilities
Ability to Work Effectively in A High-Volume, Deadline-Driven Environment
Professional Demeanor and Excellent Client Communication Skills
