We anticipate this role starting in late August or early September 2026. Candidates who can align with this timeline are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support the H-2B team in managing visa petitions and case workflow
- Assist with legal drafting, case preparation, and petition strategy
- Review legal forms, filings, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, timelines, and documentation needs
- Conduct client meetings and calls regarding active H-2B matters
- Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with drafting and reviewing filings related to prevailing wage determinations, job orders, and supporting evidence
- Monitor case deadlines and help ensure timely filing completion
- Provide guidance and feedback to paralegals and case support staff
- Support training and development initiatives within the H-2B team

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed attorney in good standing or actively preparing to sit for / awaiting results from the Massachusetts Bar Exam
- Strong interest in immigration law and client advisory work
Schedule:
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility based on business needs. Additional hours may occasionally be required.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
The salary range reflects long-term earning potential within the role, with growth opportunities based on performance and experience. Candidates with prior H-2B experience will be considered toward the higher end of the range.
