Job Description:Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to work with Trial and Defense practice. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills and will be proactive, motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Taking depositions, attending hearings, and attending mediations as required;
- Drafting pleadings and briefs;
- Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients;
- Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
- Drafting interrogatories and document requests;
- Reviewing document productions; and
- Submitting filings to the court.
Education and Experience:
- J.D. 2017 - 2020
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts
- Admission to additional New England bars is preferred; and
- Excellent academic credentials.

- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; and
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
