- Debt recovery or collections experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Assist in trial preparation.
- Ability to handle cases with limited supervision.
- Keeping track of calendar/tasks.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Management of tasks in case management system.
Qualifications:
- Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and possess good time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
